THE CHALLENGE: The Company was undergoing accelerated expansion, a lot of new people were being hired and integrated. A career pathway was developed internally tracking individual progress from entry level to senior leadership and ultimately the CEO. We were asked to design and deliver a comprehensive programme to equip the individual contributors, managers and executive leaders.
THE RESULTS: A customised Leadership Academy bringing together a number of capabilities including some functional ones such as finance, marketing, and strategy.

THE CHALLENGE: The president of the biggest business unit launched a new strategy and new organisational structure and needed to transform the culture. He asked us to assist him in mapping out the current culture and devising a new culture that was aligned the new strategy and structure.
THE RESULTS: A new set of “Winning Behaviours” that have been elaborated by the senior leadership team and embedded in the business unit. Subsequently, they have noticed a sharp increase in the people engagement scores.
